Your lead teacher trainers guides on Retreat & Yoga Teacher Training. We have taught over 40 trainings in both 200 & 300 hour programs. And we have run retreats together since 2015. We know what you need to have everything just right and become successful teachers and to develop personally.Â
Great location, delicious meals, beautiful staff and classes that create rejuvenation. We love training yoga teachers to become empowered, social justice aware and learn all the things we have learned over more than 40 collective years of teaching.

FAQs
Yoga’s only International credentialing organization is Yoga Alliance and you will be certified upon completion. Also I offer ongoing credits with their YACEP credentials. Look up my school Whole Body Paradigm.
Retreat Cancellation Policy:
~90 days prior to the start of retreat: Full refundÂ
~60 days prior to the start of retreat: 50% refundÂ
~30 days prior to the start of retreat: No refund
$500 is a non-refundable deposit
No need for any pre-requisites except your curiosity for the subscription and retreat. For Courses, no, but taking the 200 hour first will make things easier as it is foundational to other training.
Colleagues I have hand-picked for their unique qualities in teaching. All teachers have a minimum of 15 years of teaching.
All courses over 35 hours come with a robust manual, 2 years unlimited access to videos, lifetime access to downloadable digital materials, special deals for returning students

On one property, there are 7 separate self-contained villas around a pool, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Yoga shala overlooks this Guanacaste jungle on the edge of the ocean.
