Advanced Anatomy
Course Description
Advanced anatomy – beyond muscles & bones
Experience a groundbreaking approach to anatomical education with Advanced Anatomy – Internal Landscapes Beyond Muscles and Bones, a 25-hour professional training that redefines how yoga teachers engage with the body’s internal systems.
Grounded in the principles of biotensegrity and bioindividuality, this course offers a richly integrative exploration of the fascial, nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems—illuminated through the lens of yogic frameworks such as the koshas and chakras.
Through interactive methodologies including skeleton practicums, somatic mapping, guided movement, and creative integration projects, participants will cultivate both anatomical fluency and embodied insight.
Unlike traditional anatomy trainings, this immersive experience is uniquely hands-on, multidimensional, and directly applicable to the art and practice of teaching yoga.
For new and experienced yoga teachers, bodyworkers and general body-nerds!
