Art of Assisting
Course Description
The Art of Assisting is a multi-disciplinary approach to enhancing your teaching practice. There are seven types of assisting from physical assists to verbal, energetic and demonstrative.
This program is Trauma-informed, teaches you how to apply the uniqueness of diverse bodies, (skeletal variation) and offers various lineages and theories.
For anyone who has started teaching, one thing becomes clear, how can we assist so that we enhance the students’ experience? An assisting program is an essential tool for yoga teachers to truly support and offer value-added teaching.
Assisting can be done verbally, physically, energetically, and always with great respect. Deepen your knowledge of anatomy and learn to integrate the Biotensegrity model into your assists.
