Course Description
The Foundations of Yoga Therapy program is the perfect starting point for yoga teachers and wellness practitioners who want to integrate therapeutic principles into their practice. This program lays the groundwork for using yoga as a healing modality, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to support well-being on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Date: Start anytime. Our foundational program offers modules monthly.

Friday: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday: 10:30am – 6:30pm
Sunday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Program Duration: 1 – 5 years (you can make the schedule work for your lifestyle)
Homework Hours: On average students will need to complete 1 hour of homework for every 4 hours of instruction.
Modules for Advanced Yoga Therapy Program: Chair/ Restorative + Neuroscience / Ayurvedic Studies/ Advanced Anatomy/ Art of Assisting/ Trauma-informed/ Myofascia Self-release / Yoga Nidra / the Business of Yoga and Yin yoga. Robust manuals for each module are provided.
Recommended modules: Pranayama & Philosophy, Emotional Resiliency & Advanced Pedagogy.
