Welcome to the Art of Assisting online course! This is a multi-disciplinary approach to enhancing your teaching practice. Assisting can be done verbally, physically, energetically, and always with great respect. Let’s to make assisting a conversation, a relational experience. Happy learning!

HOW TO NAVIGATE THE TRAINING INTERFACE?

1. The training is divided into sections: Introduction, Methodology, Myofascia Lines, and Assisting videos for each Asanas for the specific myofascia line, including the therapeutic offering of Savasana.

2. There are lessons under each section. Each lesson is one video. You can get to the next lesson with clicking on the purple button “Next Lesson” under the right hand corner of each video. You can also get to the previous lesson pressing the “Previous Lesson” button under the left corner of each video.

3. In addition to that, the training includes quizzes for some of the either lessons or sections. To get to the quiz, press the purple button “Next Quiz” on the right. After having completed the quiz, then “Start Quiz”. To check the results of your answers, click the grey button “View Questions”.

4. To get back to the lessons, select the lesson you want to take in the selection menu “The Art of Assisting” on the left.

5. Lessons that are completed, you can mark as complete by clicking the blue button “Mark Complete” in the middle below each video. (This is NOT MANDATORY).
